This document is a legal agreement. By signing below, you (the parent or legal guardian) acknowledge and agree to the following terms on behalf of the participating child.

1. Acknowledgement of Risk
I understand that riding quad bikes is an activity that involves inherent risks, including but not limited to loss of control, collision, falls, and potential injury.

I acknowledge that although all reasonable safety precautions, equipment, and supervision are provided, accidents may still occur.

2. Voluntary Participation
I confirm that my child is voluntarily taking part in this activity and is physically and mentally capable of participating.

3. Safety Rules & Instructions
I agree that my child will:

- Follow all instructions given by staff at all times
- Wear all required safety equipment provided
- Ride only within designated areas and as instructed
- Not engage in reckless, unsafe, or disruptive behaviour

I understand that failure to follow instructions may result in removal from the activity without refund.

4. Responsibility & Supervision

I understand that staff will supervise the activity; however, I remain responsible for ensuring my child understands and follows the rules..

5. Liability Waiver
To the fullest extent permitted by law, I agree that the organisers, operators, and staff shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in this activity, except in cases of proven negligence.

6. Medical Consent
In the event of an accident or emergency, I authorise staff to administer basic first aid and seek medical assistance if necessary.

7. Media Consent (Optional-remove if not needed)
I give permission for photographs or videos taken during the activity to be used for promotional purposes.
